Role Overview:

As an Integration Lead, you’ll play a key role in connecting Dayforce and other HR systems to the wider tech ecosystem. From payroll interfaces to identity management and reporting tools, you'll design, build, and test secure, scalable integrations that make systems talk - reliably and efficiently.

In parallel, you’ll help embed AI-enabled approaches into integration delivery. From accelerating data mapping and testing to improving documentation, monitoring, and ongoing support. This is a practical, delivery-focused role where AI is used to make our work better and faster, not as a theoretical exercise.

Dayforce Project Manager - SA

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Dayforce projects from initiation through to post-implementation support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that project scope, timelines, and budgets are met — all while guiding clients through the transition to improved ways of working. Your ability to combine strong project management discipline with an understanding of HRIS / WFM processes will be key to delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.
