Role Overview:
We are now hiring an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and assurance of high-quality HCM solutions, working closely with our Senior Solution Architect. This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting and technical experience in HCM (ideally Dayforce or a comparable platform such as Kronos or UKG) who is ready to step into architecture responsibilities.

You will play a key role in solution design, integration, and technical assurance activities across HR, payroll, and workforce management. As part of a growing team in a dynamic, scale-up environment, you’ll need to be adaptable, hands-on, and excited to build solutions and processes.
