Chris, one of the founders, began his career in IT within the hospitality sector before co-founding the successful consultancy REPL Group, which was later acquired by Accenture. With extensive experience leading large-scale HR and Workforce Management (WFM) transformations for tier 1 retailers and global organisations, Chris brings deep expertise in delivering impactful change.

Emma, also a founder, comes from a retail background and was originally a client of REPL Group. A passionate change management professional, Emma is dedicated to driving meaningful transformation, ensuring technology solutions are adopted effectively and deliver real business value.

Theo joined ModusForce early as our Senior Solution Architect, bringing deep Dayforce product expertise. Now leading the technical delivery, Theo ensures every implementation is configured and integrated to maximise value, align with business goals, and meet the highest standards of quality.
