As a Dayforce Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end implementations of the Payroll modules and integrated solutions. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the system to align with business needs, and ensure a seamless transition to Dayforce. Your expertise will help clients optimise their Payroll processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve operational excellence.

Role Overview:

As an Integration Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting Dayforce and other HR systems to the wider tech ecosystem. From payroll interfaces to identity management and reporting tools, you'll design, build, and test secure, scalable integrations that make systems talk - reliably and efficiently.

In parallel, you’ll help embed AI-enabled approaches into integration delivery. From accelerating data mapping and testing to improving documentation, monitoring, and ongoing support. This is a practical, delivery-focused role where AI is used to make our work better and faster, not as a theoretical exercise.
