Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Dayforce projects from initiation through to post-implementation support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that project scope, timelines, and budgets are met — all while guiding clients through the transition to improved ways of working. Your ability to combine strong project management discipline with an understanding of HRIS / WFM processes will be key to delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning to implementation and handover
  • Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Solution Architechts, SME’s, functional and technical consultants to ensure solutions align with business needs, best practices and meet client requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, escalating risks or issues as required
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Help grow our team by contributing to best practices, mentoring colleagues, and supporting internal initiatives that strengthen our delivery capability

What You Bring

Required Skills and Experience:

We are looking for someone with solid project experience within HRIS / Workforce Management. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive, driven individual to make a real impact. Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience managing technology or business transformation projects, ideally in WFM, HR, or related systems
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes and operational best practice
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • A collaborative, solutions-driven approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) would be advantageous

Desirable Skills:

  • BCom in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management, (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing technology or business transformation projects, ideally in workforce management, HRIS, or operational systems
  • Solid understanding of workforce management processes and best practice for frontline operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage expectations and influence outcomes

Experience working in a consulting, technology, or systems integration environment is advantageous
